Understand the insulated building fabric for retrofit – thermal insulation and thermal bridging.
7- AIRTIGHTNESS AND VAPOUR CONTROL
Understanding the importance of airtightness and the relationship between airtightness and vapour control.

Understand building services for retrofit – space heating, domestic hot water and controlled ventilation.
9- RETROFIT EXERCISE
Give the trainees a retrofit scenario to solve.
