Culinary Skills Special Purpose Award (Level 3)
This course will enable the learner to develop the relevant knowledge, skill and competence to use a range of culinary skills in familiar situations, under direction and with limited autonomy.
Learners will take part in Culinary Operations, Nutrition and Healthy Options, and Bread Pastry and Desserts.
Course content includes a wide variety of culinary skills, and HACCP.
Learning takes place within a supportive and welcoming learning environment for adults.
