Fulltime Classroom Arts and humanities

Art, Craft and Design

Course Description
This one-year full-time practical course provides students with an introduction to the various forms of art and design. It provides an excellent opportunity for students to prepare a high-quality portfolio of work for entry into third level art and design colleges. The course consists largely of studio-based assignments and project work. This is complimented by visits to local and national exhibitions, galleries and art colleges. Past students of this course have progressed to further study at a number of national & international art colleges. We have established special application links with SETU (Wexford Campus) for entry to their Level 7 & Level 8 Degree courses in Art.
