Employability Skills 23
The aim of the training programme is to provide flexible training opportunities to raise competency levels of unemployed young people aged 15 – 19 years, not otherwise being catered for through WWETB interventions, facilitating their progression to a higher level course or toward labour market participation.
All learners are supported in identifying their individual learning needs. Learners are encouraged to develop to their maximum potential at their own pace in a supported learning environment of equality and inclusion.

Start Date: 29-07-2024 Hours/week: 28 Hrs 00 Mins Duration: 52 weeks
No formal educational qualifications are required.
Priority will be assigned to unemployed persons with low skills or low educational levels who wish to progress their employment chances or achieve certification to an identified level on the National Framework of Qualifications in conjunction with an agreed career and skill development plan.
Age Requirements
Applicants must have reached the current statutory school leaving age.
Learning Aptitude
Basic numeracy and literacy are essential. Good command of the English language required in order to understand instruction and undertake required assessments..
