Professional Cookery Level 5
The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge,skills and competence to work independently under supervision in a professional kitchen. Learners who complete this course generally enter employment or progress to study Culinary Arts at level 6.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a moderate range of knowledge, skills and competencies relevant to the course, be able to work with responsibility and demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative.
